Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding, metal fabrication, assembly, and repair of various advertising structures, signage, displays, frames, and related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and metal fabrication works for signages, frames, kiosks, displays, letters, and other advertising structures.
• Read and interpret basic drawings, measurements, and fabrication plans.
• Measure, cut, fit, align, and assemble metal materials according to specifications.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or arc welding depending on project requirements.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting machines, drills, and other fabrication tools safely.
• Ensure welded joints, frames, and fabricated components meet required quality and dimensional specifications.
• Conduct grinding, polishing, cleaning, and finishing of fabricated metal works.
• Assist in the installation, dismantling, repair, and maintenance of signages and fabricated structures when required.
• Inspect finished work for defects and make necessary corrections or adjustments.
• Maintain cleanliness, proper organization, and safety within the fabrication area.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Work effectively with fabricators, installers, designers, and other members of the production team.
• Perform other fabrication-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or equivalent.
• Must have a TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) in Welding.
• Proven experience as a Welder, Fabricator, or similar position is preferred.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in welding and metal fabrication.
• Ability to use welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, drills, and other fabrication equipment.
• Able to read basic measurements, drawings, and fabrication layouts.
• Good knowledge of different metal materials and appropriate welding techniques.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling materials and equipment.
• Willing to work on-site and assist with installation projects when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when required by project deadlines.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices is an advantage.
