• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurements.
• Cut, fit, and weld metal components using ARC welding techniques.
• Fabricate and assemble structural components such as beams, frames, pipes, and plates.
• Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and finishing of fabricated parts.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, and welding machines safely.
• Repair and maintain metal structures and equipment.
• Follow workplace safety standards and use PPE properly.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete projects on time.
• Lift materials and solar modules.
• experience in solar structure is a plus

Electrician

• Install and maintain solar electrical systems
• Inspect , test and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components
• Troubleshoot problems and make timely repair
• Perform preventive maintenance

Helper
Helping on site with material lifting, handing tools etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
