Location: Towanda / Buffalo, NY

Pay Range: $21.39–$30.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our Production team. This role focuses on precision welding, fabrication, and assembly of equipment used in a regulated manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret P&IDs and general arrangement drawings.
• Assemble, lay out, and fit components for welding and fabrication.
• Perform TIG welding with purge techniques on stainless steel, carbon steel piping, hydraulic lines, and other materials.
• Produce full-penetration welds suitable for sanitary environments.
• Silver braze and/or solder copper refrigeration lines.
• Learn and operate computer-controlled orbital welding equipment .
• Safely operate machine tools and metal fabrication equipment, including lathes, drill presses, and milling machines.
• Follow safety and quality requirements throughout the production process.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and general welding skills.
• Proven experience with TIG welding and purge techniques .
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Experience in a job shop or fabrication environment is preferred.
• Willingness to learn automatic orbital welding equipment.

Physical Requirements

This position involves working at heights and in confined spaces and may require bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. , with or without reasonable accommodation.
