Welder

Due to growth in our business QE Innovations is looking for an experienced welder to join our team. Work will consist of gouging worn components from the parent structure, welding of up to 100mm plate and welding components of dissimilar metals with multiple runs. Purpose built lifting, exhaust and rotary equipment is available to ensure high quality welding practices are maintained in a supportive work environment. Must be a First Class Welder with Workcover welding class 1,1E,3,7,8. Minimum 5 years experience welding in heavy industry required. Position is full time with minimum 38 hour week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
