What they need
- Perform welding activities using GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) processes according to project requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions.
- Prepare, fit-up, align, and assemble metal components prior to welding.
- Set up and operate welding machines, selecting appropriate welding parameters and consumables.
- Inspect welded joints for defects and ensure weld quality meets specified standards and requirements.
- Perform grinding, cleaning, and finishing of welded components while complying with company HSE procedures and safety requirements.
