Responsibilities :

• Using MIG welding to join metal parts accurately and efficiently.
• Fabricate sheet metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Use hand tools and power tools to achieve the required finish.
• Conduct measurements and calculations using simple maths skills to ensure precise fabrication.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Inspect welds for quality, consistency, and structural integrity throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and resolve any fabrication issues promptly.

Person specification

• Previous welding experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, trustworthy, and enthusiastic
