Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Welder role based in Alwar. The Welder will perform daily welding tasks on a variety of components used in hydraulics, pneumatics, and material handling equipment, following technical drawings, safety standards, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include setting up and operating welding equipment, preparing and positioning materials, inspecting welds for defects, and completing repairs or rework as needed. The role also involves collaborating with the production team, maintaining tools and machinery, and adhering to workplace safety and housekeeping guidelines to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Welding, including experience with Arc Welding.
• Candidates should possess skills in TIG Welding and MIG Welding for working with different joint types and thicknesses.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials, including basic understanding of metals, alloys, and material properties relevant to welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in hydraulics, pneumatics, or material handling equipment production.
• Commitment to safety practices, use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to quality standards.
• Relevant technical training or certification in welding from a recognized institute or vocational program.
• Physical ability to work in an industrial setting, including standing for extended periods and handling tools and materials.
