Are you an experienced welder/fabricator who enjoys building custom equipment - not the same production parts every day? My client is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Welder/Fabricator to join their growing team in Springtown, TX.

This is a full-time opportunity offering steady work (48-58 hrs/week), a great team environment, and excellent benefits.

Pay

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)

What You Will Do

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings
• Cut, fit, and assemble metal parts to precise specifications
• Inspect welds and completed assemblies to ensure quality and structural integrity
• Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, and cutting tools
• Assist with layout and setup of fabrication projects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to complete custom projects

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of welding and fabrication experience preferred (but motivated candidates with strong skills are encouraged to apply)
• Experience with MIG welding required; TIG and Stick welding experience is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fabrication shop environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
