What You’ll Do

As a MIG/TIG Welder at Bentley Pontoons, you will play a key role in our manufacturing and fabrication process, with a focus on aluminum welding.

• Fabricate and assemble frames, transoms, pontoon logs, and other components
• Measure, align, and prepare metal materials prior to welding
• Perform high-quality welds that meet company standards and industry codes
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and overall quality
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve issues
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with aluminum MIG welding (TIG experience is a plus)
• Strong fabrication and metalworking skills
• Ability to read blueprints and follow welding codes
• Attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances
• Comfortable using hand tools, grinders, welders, and related equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to safety standards

Education: High school diploma or GED required

Experience:

• MIG Welding: 1 year preferred
• TIG Welding: 1 year preferred
• Fabrication: 1 year preferred

No prior experience? We’re willing to train motivated candidates who are a strong fit.
