Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out welding, metal fabrication, installation, and repair works for residential and commercial maintenance and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding works using MIG, TIG, arc welding, and other suitable welding techniques.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures, frames, brackets, gates, railings, and supports.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, sketches, and measurements.
• Measure, cut, grind, and prepare metal components for welding.
• Carry out welding repairs and modifications to existing metal structures and equipment.
• Install and repair metal doors, frames, railings, supports, and other fabricated items.
• Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and finishing of fabricated components.
• Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality and structural integrity.
• Operate welding machines, cutting tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment safely.
• Perform site welding and fabrication works as required.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to complete jobs on schedule.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and materials in good working condition.
• Follow all site safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Welder or Metal Fabricator.
• Practical knowledge of welding techniques and metal fabrication.
• Ability to work with different metals, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium, where applicable.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and take accurate measurements.
• Knowledge of cutting, grinding, drilling, and metal finishing.
• Understanding of welding safety procedures and equipment handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant technical qualification or welding certification is an advantage.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
