Welder Fabricator

Project Location: Edsa, Guadalupe

Duration: 45-50 days

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform welding works such as SMAW, MIG, or other applicable welding methods
• Fabricate and assemble steel structures
• Measure, cut, grind, and fit metal materials based on required dimensions and specifications
• Read and interpret basic drawings, sketches, measurements, and fabrication instructions
• Operate welding machine, grinder, cutting torch, drilling machine, and other fabrication tools
• Conduct fit-up and alignment of fabricated materials prior to welding
• Inspect welded and fabricated outputs to ensure durability, alignment, and quality
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Observe proper use of PPE and comply with all safety procedures at all times
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• With proven experience as Welder, Fabricator, or Welder/Fabricator
• With NCII is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in welding and metal fabrication works
• Can operate welding machine, grinder, cutting torch, and other fabrication tools
• Can read tape measure, drawings, and fabrication layouts
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work
