As demand for our equipment continues to grow, we are expanding our production team and currently seeking experienced Welders (First Class) to join us.

About the Opportunities

We have multiple full-time positions available for qualified and motivated individuals to work within our fabrication team. These roles involve high-quality welding and fabrication of components and assemblies used in our agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from engineering drawings and job cards
• Fabricate and weld components to a high standard of accuracy and finish
• Use workshop equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with the wider production team to meet targets and deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What You'll Bring

Essential:

• Proven experience in welding or metal fabrication (minimum 1 year)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Desirable:

• Relevant trade qualifications (e.g. Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication)
• Experience working in a manufacturing or agricultural equipment environment
• Working knowledge of hydraulics and mechanical drive systems
• Basic understanding of electrical components
• Forklift licence

What We Offer

• Salary range of $80,000 – $90,000 per annum, based on experience and skill level
