Join the dynamic team at Trushape Pty Ltd as a First Class Welder This full-time role is based in Burton in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. As a skilled welder, you will play a vital part in shaping the future of our growing business in the Trades & Services industry.

What you'll be doing

• Perform high-quality welding on a variety of metal components and structures
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate and compliant welding
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant safety protocols
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any welding-related issues
• Maintain detailed records of all welding activities and inspections
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of welding processes and techniques

What we're looking for

• First Class welding qualification or equivalent, with extensive experience in the Welding & Boilermaking industry
• Fitting and welding stainless steel and carbon steel pipes, specifically in the DN25–DN600 range
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and welding specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve welding challenges
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and the ability to consistently apply safe work practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
• AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training
• At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications
