What they need
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of welders and fabrication workers.
- Personally assist the welding team with fabrication, welding, cutting, grinding, fitting and related tasks whenever required.
- Inspect completed welding and fabrication work to ensure proper quality and accuracy.
- Monitor the quality of materials, welding joints and finished work.
- Coordinate with other departments and site teams to ensure smooth completion of work.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Welder Foreman or Senior Welder.
Strong practical experience in welding and fabrication.
Ability to perform welding work independently when required.
Good knowledge of welding equipment, tools and safety procedures.
