Welder Helper

JOB SUMMARY

Assists in solar PV installation, mounting structure assembly, welding, fabrication, material handling, and general site works to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in installation of solar panels, mounting structures, rails, clamps, and supports.
• Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and basic metal fabrication.
• Assist with rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations.
• Support equipment mounting, structural works, and waterproofing.
• Assist electricians and technicians during installation and maintenance.
• Load, unload, organize, and handle tools and materials.
• Assist with solar panel cleaning, inspection, repair, and replacement.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and properly use PPE.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Head/Site Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Graduate, TESDA graduate, or equivalent experience.
• Welding experience is preferred.
• NC II Welding certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of welding machines, hand tools, and power tools.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors and at heights.
• Willing to travel to different project sites.
• Hardworking, reliable, safety-conscious, and a good team player.
• Willing to start ASAP

Pay: Php1,000.00 per day
