Payday: We pay bi-weekly, so every other Friday your check will automatically be deposited in your preferred bank account.

Schedules, Time off, Vacation, Sick Pay, and Holidays : We work 4/10 hour shifts (6am-430pm), overtime is available on Friday's. Leaving you free for the weekend. Benefits after 90 days: you will start accruing one week of vacation your first year and 2-weeks of vacation after your one year anniversary. Paid Holidays include: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Day after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Retirement Program: A Simple IRA program is offered with a 3% match.

Job Description:
The Welder's job necessitates a willingness to learn new tasks and
utilize common sense in a hard working environment.
The primary responsibility is Mig welding with Submerged Arc welding as needed

Experience:

Welding - 1+ years; Preferred 2+ Years

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mig, Stick, Tig
• Weld material as stated on a work order
• Welder set-up
• Read product blueprints
• Proper use of level, tape measure, and scale
• Keep personal and shop area clean and maintained
• Utilize a forklift to move material and tubes as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior welding experience
• Trainable and Flexible, strong willingness to learn
• Self-Motivated
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• and frequently lift heavy objects 50-75 lbs.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Mig welding
• Forklift experience a plus
• Blue print reading

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
