Job Description We are on the hunt for a skilled Welder Technician who can turn sparks into precision. If you're someone who thrives on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the satisfaction of a perfect weld, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Fuse with Precision: Perform high quality MIG welding, delivering strong, clean welds that meet our specifications
• Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols like a pro
• Safety First: Follow strict safety protocols and welding codes to keep you and the team safe.
• Fix & Finish: Inspect and repair welded joints or components as needed
• Team Player: Work closely with co-workers, maintenance, and engineering to get the job done right and on time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a welder (certifications a plus)
• Solid understanding of welding tools, machines, and materials
• Ability to lift, maneuver, and position heavy materials with care
• Sharp eye for detail and quality - willingness to learn and adapt
• A safety-first mindset with a strong work ethic
