Welder Trainer Assistant

C & J Equipment Manufacturing is a full-service fabrication company established in 1978. C&J is now hiring Structural Welding Lead to train new welders and assist the Supervisor in monitoring the department. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

· 4+ years of Mig welding and skid building experience requiredBasic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.

· Superior attendance and accountability

· Knowledge and ability to adhere to all safety requirements, policies and procedures.

· Ability to climb in overhead structures and work in confined spaces.

· Knowledge of basic tools, ability to read measuring tapes and use various types of levels.

· Manual dexterity required for operating machinery, power tools and hand tools.

· Supervisory experience required
