Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders/Fabricators for projects located in the Bonney Lake, WA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Perform fabrication, fitting, and welding on a variety of metal materials
• Grind, cut, measure, and prepare materials for fabrication
• Perform wire-feed (MIG), stick (SMAW), and flux-core (FCAW) welding
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
• Operate grinders, cutting equipment, and other fabrication tools
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Welder/Fabricator
• Proficient in MIG (wire-feed), Stick, and Flux-Core welding
• Experience welding a variety of metals
• Strong measuring, cutting, and grinding skills
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
