About the Role

We are looking for candidates who are highly skilled and experienced in all aspects of Metal Fabrication (Welders and Sheet metal workers) who have a track record of producing high-quality custom projects with impeccable attention to detail.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

• Collaborate with clients and project managers to design and fabricate custom metal projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine the requirements of a project
• Use a variety of tools and machinery
• Oversee projects from start to finish
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment

About You

• Proven track record of designing and fabricating high-quality custom metal projects
• Excellent finishing skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Proficient in MIG and TIG welding
• Expert knowledge of various metals and their properties
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
