Welder/Fabricator

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on welding and fabrication experience with light gauge stainless and aluminum, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work with both light and heavy gauge aluminum and stainless steel.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding as required.
• Read and interpret drawings and welding specifications.
• Measure, cut, fit, and weld metal components accurately.
• Fabricate and assemble components based on shop drawings.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and structural integrity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and welding standards.
• Work independently as well as effectively with other team members.

Experience

• Proven experience as a professional welder.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Good understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Welding certifications are a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
