Welder/Fabricator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding various components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of welding techniques, the ability to read and interpret schematics, and proficiency in using various tools and machinery. The Fabricator/Welder will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Must be able tor travel on out of state installations.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld metal components based on project specifications and blueprints.
• Operate welding equipment and machinery, including manual plasma cutting machines.
• Perform pipe threading and ductwork fabrication as needed.
• Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate assembly of components.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks related to fabrication and welding.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Must be able to travel out of state within the USA for installations.

Skills

• Proficiency in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) with a strong attention to detail.
• Food Grade Stainless Steel and Structural steel welding a "Must"
• Familiarity with machining processes and sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong understanding of ductwork systems and installation methods.
• Ability to use hand tools effectively for precise fabrication tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within the team.

Pay: $23.46 - $30.00 per hour
