We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Perform welding using techniques such as TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and Stick welding to join metal parts securely.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other materials.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Measure materials accurately using basic math skills to meet project dimensions and tolerances.
• Prepare surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, or fitting components together.
• Assemble fabricated parts into finished products or structures following safety standards and quality guidelines.
• Conduct inspections of welds and assemblies to verify strength, quality, and compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in welding techniques such as TIG welding, Stick welding, or both.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes involving sheet metal and mechanical assembly.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Basic math skills for measuring materials accurately and calculating dimensions.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
