Welder/Fabricator

The Role:

We are looking for a PART TIME OR FULL TIME candidate.

You’ll be working on a wide range of custom fabrication projects — steel, aluminum, one-offs, short runs, and repeat production work. You’ll be expected to take jobs from start to finish, working efficiently and at a high level of quality.

Some days you’ll be welding. Other days you’ll be cutting, fitting or forming. If you want to build different things every week and want a shot to grow with a company that’s going somewhere — you’ll fit in great here.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with aluminum MIG, aluminum TIG and stainless welds
• Can read drawings
• Willing to learn to operate general fab equipment (press brake, shear, plasma, etc.)
• Can drive forklift & other small equipment
• Consistently produces high-quality work
• Can manage your own projects in timely manner and stay organized

Wall 2 Wall Fabrication (formerly AutoHoe Welding) was taken over by the Wall family two years ago. Since then, we’ve been growing fast and building a reputation for high-quality custom work across Northeast Wisconsin and the USA. We’re not a big corporate shop. We’re a small but quickly growing team that focuses on premium builds — and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that as we scale.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
