Welder/Fabricator

Center Point Contractors, Inc. is a full service construction company with 18 years in the business. We specialize in construction, renovation and maintenance in Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding areas. We are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals eager to be an essential part of our team.

Center Point Contractors is currently seeking a GMAW welder.

All applicants must have the following:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds when required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in extreme weather conditions.
• MIG welding experience in a fabrication shop.
• Stick welding and field work experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work toward AWS welding certification.

If you are considered for this position, you will be required to demonstrate your welding skill.

• Safely operate and maintain assigned equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate shop and/or field equipment preferred
• Knowledge of blue prints and weld symbols and experience with structural steel and CNC machines is a plus

May require occasional night and/or weekend work.
