Plasma Etch, Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator to join our team right away. We are a family-owned company that values craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and the success of every team member.

Role Overview

As a Welder/Fabricator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality fabricated products. You will use your expertise in sheet metal work, TIG and MIG welding, blueprint reading, and fabrication to deliver precise, efficient results every day.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding
• Fabricate and assemble components using sheet metal, hand tools, and power tools
• Operate press brake machines with precision
• Apply strong mechanical knowledge and manufacturing experience to solve problems and improve processes

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a well-rounded professional who brings solid welding and fabrication experience while remaining eager to learn and adapt. Relevant background in construction, manufacturing, or mechanical work is a strong plus.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Pay: Starting at $30.00+ per hour and up, based on experience.
