1st Shift: $26-29/hr

2nd Shift: $28–$31/hr (Base + Premium)

Weekend Shift: $29-$32/hr (Base + Premium) *4 Days Off*

The Compensation Picture:

• $26–$29/hr base
• $2.00/hr 2nd shift premium
• $3.00/hr weekend shift premium
• Weekly pay
• 401(k) with company match

Your Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 5am-3pm Monday-Thursday; Friday overtime as needed
• 2nd Shift: 3pm-1am Monday-Thursday; Friday overtime as needed
• Weekend Shift: 5am-5pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday - work 36 hours, get paid for 40

What You'll Do:

• MIG, TIG, and/or robotic welding
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols; set up components to spec
• Inspect completed welds for quality; measure with calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
• Maintain welding equipment (torches, wire, tips, nozzles, diffusers)
• Operate overhead cranes; log job data into our computer system
• Follow all safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• Solid welding experience in a fabrication environment - mig, tig, and/or robotic
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Comfortable with measuring tools and basic math
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

**All candidates complete a blueprint comprehension test and hands-on weld evaluation**

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
