WE ARE HIRING: WELDER

We are looking for a skilled, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Welder to join our team in Malinta, Valenzuela City. The ideal candidate can interpret technical drawings, operate welding equipment, and produce strong, precise, high-quality welds.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements to plan welding layouts.
• Weld metal components and structures according to project specifications.
• Operate welding machines, specialized equipment, and manual tools safely and efficiently.
• Monitor welding equipment for proper operation, settings, and temperature.
• Inspect welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify defects and ensure quality.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on machinery and welding equipment, as assigned.
• Carry out welding tasks in flat, vertical, and overhead positions as required.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including welding masks, heat-resistant gloves, and safety footwear.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of welding experience is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Welding certification from a recognized institution is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of welding equipment, electrical tools, and manual tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements.
• Knowledge of TIG welding is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, workmanship, and safety standards.
• Willing to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
