Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team in Bathgate. This role is vital in supporting our waste recycling and demolition projects by delivering high-quality fabrication and welding services. The successful candidate will contribute to our mission of exceeding industry standards and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks including MIG and other welding techniques to repair skips and components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to effect repairs
• Assist with assembly of metal parts for various projects.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet repair deadlines.
• Conduct routine inspections of welds and fabricated components for quality assurance.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in welding, particularly MIG welding.
• Strong fabrication skills with sheet metal experience.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery safely.
• Mechanical knowledge relevant to the role.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in welding are preferred.
