Experience: Minimum 1 year
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Equivalent Technical Qualification
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹32,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for skilled and dedicated welders with hands-on experience in TIG, MIG, and ARC welding processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of performing welding operations with accuracy, maintaining quality standards, and following workplace safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG, MIG, and ARC welding as per technical drawings and specifications.
• Read and understand welding symbols, measurements, and fabrication drawings.
• Ensure the quality, strength, and finishing of welded joints.
• Inspect welded components and rectify welding defects when required.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and a clean, safe working environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and production quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of relevant welding experience.
• ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Practical knowledge of TIG, MIG, and ARC welding techniques.
• Ability to handle welding tools and equipment safely.
• Willingness to work in a team and meet production requirements.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹32,000, depending on skills and experience.
• ESI & PF: Provided as per applicable rules.
• Annual Bonus: Bonus provided once a year, subject to applicable terms.
