Turn Key Group, LLC is looking for a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team in Roseville, Michigan. We value quality work, safety, and people who take pride in what they build. If you're an experienced fabricator who wants steady, full-time work, we want to hear from you.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Welder Fabricator will read blueprints, cut, fit, and weld metal parts and assemblies to exact specifications. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, solve problems on the shop floor, and deliver clean, precise work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols

▪ Fabricate, fit, and assemble components from steel, stainless, and aluminum

▪ Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding to meet quality standards

▪ Operate shop equipment such as saws, shears, press brakes, grinders, drills, and plasma or torch cutting tools

▪ Measure and inspect finished work with tape measures, calipers, squares, and levels

▪ Grind, finish, and prepare parts for paint or assembly

▪ Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area

▪ Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE

▪ Work with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS

▪ 2+ years of welding and fabrication experience (preferred)

▪ Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols

▪ Skilled in MIG welding; TIG and stick experience is a plus

▪ Strong measuring and layout skills

▪ Welding certification (AWS or similar) preferred, but not required

▪ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

▪ Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

▪ High school diploma or GED preferred

WHAT WE OFFER

▪ Full-time, steady hours

▪ Competitive pay: $25–$32 per hour, based on experience

▪ Overtime when required

SCHEDULE

▪ Monday–Friday, 7: 3:30

▪ Overtime as needed
