What they need
We're looking for a fabricator to join our shop production team. You'll work from prints and work orders to produce quality parts.
What You'll Do
- Perform fabrication work to spec and quality standards (forming, welding, assembly as applicable)
- Read and follow work orders and drawings accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area
- Communicate effectively
- Pitch in wherever needed to keep jobs moving
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in sheet metal fabrication
- Ability to read drawings
- Strong attention to quality and detail
- Reliable, team-first attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility over time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
Experience:
- Welding: 3 years (Preferred)
