Welder/Fabricator (Full-Time)

As a Welder/Fabricator, you will be responsible for manufacturing prototype and production fabrications/weldments in accordance with AWS and government specifications. You will work with raw materials such as steel, steel-armor, aluminum, aluminum-armor, and stainless steel, with thicknesses ranging from thin sheet gauge to thick plate. Your work will require the use of fixtures, gauges, and other equipment. Ensuring a high level of quality will be a top priority in this role.

• Operate and set up GMAW, GMAW-P, GTAW
• Perform welding for various industries, including military, theme parks, rail, off-road, automotive, and more.
• Weld to AWS D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, D1.6 and various military codes
• Perform visual inspections before, during, and after welding to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Use ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Shop JobBoss) to monitor production.
• Perform layout, fitting, and welding while adhering to print tolerances.
• Prepare materials by cleaning, grinding, and beveling
• Follow ISO and QMS procedures related to the shipping and receiving departments.
• Adhere to RWCI’s 5 A’s: Attendance, Accountability, Attitude, Aptitude, and Appearance.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
