Position Responsibilities:

• Fit and weld your own parts (this is not a weld-only role).
• Perform MIG welding, grinding, and finishing work.
• Tackle new and varied projects on a regular basis.
• Safely lift and handle heavy metal parts and assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures accurately.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with the team.
• Complete projects with minimal supervision, from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Mig welding experience.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, self-driven, and team-oriented.

Weld / Fit Test Times:
We are holding weld/fitting tests Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM until the position is filled. All weld test times will be scheduled. Please email us to secure a time. Weld / fit test can last up to 1 hour.
