Welder/Fitter

• Starting pay based on experience and skill.
• Be able to read a tape measure.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts.
• Weld components mostly in flat positions.
• Follow strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves, safety glasses, safety-toed shoes, etc.
• Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature.
• Work week typically Mon-Thurs 10hr shifts 5 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime available and sometimes required.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

• A valid certificate in welding from an accredited institution is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs.
• Outstanding attention to detail.

Drug screening and background check are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
