Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Welder / Fitter to support our installation, fabrication, and maintenance activities. The candidate will be involved in welding, fitting, assembly, and installation of industrial materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fitting work as required for industrial installations and fabrication.
• Carry out cutting, drilling, grinding, fitting, and basic fabrication activities.
• Assist in the installation and assembly of pipes, fittings, supports, and other components.
• Read and understand basic drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
• Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and finishing of materials.
• Operate welding machines, hand tools, power tools, and other workshop equipment safely.
• Assist in installation and maintenance work at industrial/customer sites.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Check and handle materials and tools required for assigned work.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to complete assigned work efficiently.
• Perform other welding, fitting, fabrication, and installation-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• ITI qualification in Fitter, Welder, or a related trade is required.
• Relevant work experience in welding, fitting, fabrication, or industrial installation.
• Good knowledge of welding and fitting tools and equipment.
• Ability to understand basic measurements, drawings, and work instructions.
• Good knowledge of safe working practices and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Physically fit and comfortable working with industrial materials and equipment.
• Willingness to work at customer/industrial sites when required.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience working in an industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or fabrication environment.
• Experience with industrial piping, pipe fittings, supports, and installation work.
• Knowledge of different welding methods and fitting practices.
• Ability to independently handle assigned welding and fitting work.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
