Kasgro is the leading specialty railcar manufacturer in North America. Kasgro provides railcars for the power generation industry and government customers. Kasgro Rail designed and built the "World's Largest Railcar".

Railcar Welder Positions

Kasgro is currently seeking to fill 5-10 welders positions.

Preferred qualifications and general responsibilities are as follows:

1. Must pass a welder Qualification test administered by the company.

2. Two years or more relevant weld experience preferred.

3. Ability to adjust weld current to proper weld configurations.

4. Ability to lift 60 lbs.

5. Ability to weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.

6. Accurately operate and read measuring devices related to the production work.

7. Flexibility to work in various areas of production, as needed by the company.

8. Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions and ability to read blueprints.

9. Must be a team player with the ability to work at times in both team and individual settings.

10. Must be reliable by showing up for work on time and on your assigned days.
