What they need
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Weld, cut, and assemble metal components, pipes, and supports.
- Read and follow drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
- Inspect welds and repair defects to ensure quality.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and use proper protective equipment.
- Coordinate with the supervisor regarding assigned work.
Qualifications:
- Must hold at least a TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) in welding relevant to the assigned work.
- Knowledgeable in welding techniques, fabrication, and equipment handling.
- Able to follow technical drawings and measurements.
- Experience in piping or water treatment projects is an advantage.
