Welders, Fabricators, and CNC Operators

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks as assigned by the supervisor for specific projects or ongoing production needs
• Lay out and mark reference points on components according to blueprints and production plans
• Fit, assemble, and weld components to fabricate and assemble products
• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to create parts and products
• Repair equipment and forms as needed
• Design and construct templates for production use
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently as required
• Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 25 years of construction experience required
• Welding experience required
• Experience with manual equipment such as presses, plasma cutters, riveting press, brazing machine, and welding machines preferred
• Layout experience preferred
• CNC machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to lift, push, or pull items weighing 50 lbs or more
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent climbing, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, stooping, and twisting
• Ability to use tools and equipment safely and effectively
