Prepare WPS/PQR/WPQ per ASME/AWS/ISO; welder qualification, jig/fixture/gauge design, calibration, GMAW/FCAW/SMAW/GTAW execution, drawing & GD&T review, PWHT, coordinate QA/QC NDT & root cause analysis.
Required Candidate profile
BE Mech/Metallurgy, 6-10 yrs welding engineering, AWS CWI/CSWIP 3.1-3.2/IWE certified, hands-on GMAW/FCAW/SMAW/GTAW, AutoCAD proficient, Tamil speaking
