Welding Engineer

Location: Loznica, on-site position.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute and control aluminium welding processes (MIG, Laser, FSW)
• Ensure welding quality and process stability
• Optimize welding parameters to improve productivity, OEE, cycle time, and safety
• Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues promptly
• Lead continuous improvement of welding processes
• Track, analyze, and record welding debugging and process data
• Create and maintain welding process documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 2–3 years of hands-on aluminium welding experience (MIG, Laser, FSW required)
• International Welding Engineer (IWE) certificate is mandatory
• English CET-4 level or strong communication ability with customers
• Skilled in KUKA robot programming
• Familiar with Fronius welding systems and Scansonic ALO3/ALO4 laser heads
