Welding Engineer

• Design and develop welding processes tailored to specific materials and applications, ensuring optimal strength and durability.
• Conduct thorough welding inspections and tests, using advanced techniques like ultrasonic and radiographic testing to guarantee quality control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate welding solutions into larger manufacturing operations, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive welding procedure specifications (WPS) and procedure qualification records (PQR) to meet industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10 Years Min experience preferred in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering or a related field is essential for a strong foundation in welding principles.
• International Welding Engineer (IWE) is a must
• Experience in the automotive, aerospace, or construction industries is preferred to understand sector-specific challenges.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in welding engineering or related roles demonstrates expertise and leadership.
