About the role
Welding Inspector responsible for inspection and monitoring of welding work according to applicable procedures and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct inspection and monitoring of welding work in accordance with procedures and applicable standards
- Ensure welding quality results meet specifications and technical requirements
- Perform examination of materials, joint preparation, welding process, and final welding results
- Create and ensure completeness of reports and documentation of inspection results
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and related parties in resolving quality issues
About you
- Minimum D3 education in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field
- Work experience as Welding Inspector for 5 years
- Experience in welding inspection and understanding of welding standards and procedures
- Valid Welding Inspector certification BNSP or CSWIP 3.0
- Must include relevant project experience as Welding Inspector in CV
- Good communication, analysis, and documentation skills
- Able to work independently and in teams with commitment to quality and safety standards
