Responsibilities

• Lead classroom sessions and practical workshops on various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
• Develop lesson plans that align with industry standards and certification requirements
• Demonstrate proper welding techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance to students
• Assess student progress through hands-on evaluations and provide constructive feedback to promote skill development
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness within the classroom and workshop areas
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and certifications achieved
• Collaborate with program coordinators to continuously improve curriculum content and instructional methods

Skills

• Proven classroom experience teaching welding or related technical subjects
