Welding Operator (Fresh-entry welcomed)

We are looking for a Junior Welding Operator to join our team. The role focuses on plastic welding, fabrication and related assembly work. On-Job-Training (OJT) will be provided for candidates who are willing to learn and develop their skills in precision plastic processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision plastic welding, bonding and fabrication according to drawings and work instructions
• Prepare, align and assemble plastic components for welding
• Operate welding tools and equipment safely and correctly
• Follow specified welding methods, procedures and production requirements
• Perform basic visual and dimensional checks during production
• Perform leak testing on completed assemblies as required
• Report abnormalities or defects to the supervisor immediately or QC team
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition (5S Methodology)
• Follow production schedules, safety requirements and work instructions
• Work with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Key Requirements:

• Basic knowledge or experience in plastic welding, fabrication or assembly is an advantage.
• OJT will be provided.
• Willingness to learn and fast learner.
• Good hand skills and attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-changing and dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently after training.
• Willing and able to work overtime (OT) when required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience in plastic welding, fabrication or assembly will have an advantage.
