WE ARE HIRING – WELDING SUPERVISOR
Location: Makarpura, Vadodara
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: ITI – Welder / Relevant Trade
No. of Positions: 1
CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage welding workers.
- Allocate daily work and monitor production.
- Check welding quality and ensure proper output.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and PPE.
- Check and maintain welding machines and equipment.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
- Resolve basic welding and production-related issues.
- Maintain 5S and proper housekeeping in the work area.

- Welding supervision and manpower handling
- Welding quality inspection
- Production monitoring
- Welding machine handling
- Safety & PPE compliance
- Basic troubleshooting
- MS Word, MS Excel & Email
- Daily reporting and documentation
