WELL SERVICES OPERATOR

We are seeking a motivated, mechanically minded person to join our Well Services team. In this role, you will help operate and maintain well services plant and specialised equipment used in directional drilling, coiled tubing, wireline, stimulation, and pressure pumping. You will also provide practical support for a range of field activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

§  Assist with the safe operation and maintenance of Well Services equipment and systems.

§  Support Directional Drilling, Wireline, Coiled Tubing, and Stimulation crews across a range of field operations.

§  Prepare, mobilise, and maintain specialised oilfield equipment.

§  Work safely and effectively as part of a high-performing team.

§  Work 12-hour day and night shifts when required to support operational activities.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

§  A trade background and strong mechanical aptitude are preferred.

§  Clear and effective communication skills.
