WELL TECHNICIAN TRAINEE / LABOURER

Gravity Complete Services is hiring.

We’re looking for a hardworking, mechanically minded individual who wants more than just a labouring job.

This position will start by working directly alongside one of our experienced Well Technicians, assisting with well service, pumps, pressure systems, troubleshooting, repairs and installations.

The goal is to train the right person to eventually become a Well Technician and operate their own Gravity service van.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Working alongside an experienced Well Technician
Assisting with well pump repairs and replacements
Learning pressure tanks, water systems and related equipment
Helping diagnose and troubleshoot well-system problems
Loading and organizing tools and materials
Working outdoors and in different jobsite conditions
Learning how to properly communicate with customers
Developing the skills required to eventually complete service calls independently

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who:

Wants to build a long-term career
Is mechanically inclined and likes working with their hands
Is reliable and shows up ready to work
Is willing to learn and take direction
Is comfortable with physical work
Has a positive attitude
Takes pride in their work and appearance
Is comfortable dealing with customers
Has a valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record
Wants the opportunity to eventually have their own service van and become a Well Technician

Previous well experience is not required. Construction, plumbing, mechanical, farming or equipment experience would be an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This isn’t a position where we want someone to stay a labourer forever.

We want to find someone who is hungry to learn, develop their skills and grow into a technician role.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 per week
