Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Well Testing Supervisors to support well testing operations in Australia. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising well testing activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and maintaining compliance with applicable HSE and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate well testing operations at the wellsite.
• Lead well testing crews and ensure activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Plan and execute well testing programmes in accordance with approved procedures.
• Monitor well testing equipment, pressure control equipment and associated systems.
• Ensure accurate collection, monitoring and reporting of well test data.
• Coordinate with clients, drilling/completions teams and other service providers at the wellsite.
• Identify and resolve operational issues during well testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements and Australian HSE standards.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and risk assessments.
• Prepare well test reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure all equipment and personnel are properly prepared and fit for operation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in well testing operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven experience in well testing / well flowback operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience working in offshore or remote field environments is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of well testing equipment, procedures and HSE requirements.
• Ability to lead and supervise a well testing crew effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding field environment and adapt to operational requirements.
• Willingness and ability to work in Australia.
• Relevant technical qualifications/certifications in Well Testing, Oil & Gas or a related discipline will be an advantage.
• Candidates with previous experience with major oilfield service companies such as SLB, Expro or Halliburton are highly preferred.
