Wellbeing Coordinator

We have a part-time job vacancy for a Wellbeing Coordinator covering the Ellesmere Port and Chester area. The post is for three days a week Wednesday to Friday and will be based at Ellesmere Port Hospital. The post will focus on supporting our hospital discharge service for older people including home visiting, help with practical tasks and working with other services to ensure that people can live healthy and happy lives.

We are looking for someone who loves working with older people and is committed to our mission of helping older people to continue to live independently in their own homes. Whilst this post is based at Ellesmere Port Hospital there will be a need to be out and about helping service users and you must have access to a car and be able to drive.

This post will require an enhanced DBS certificate, and we ideally want someone to be able to start in November.

The rate of pay is £15 per hour, and the holiday allowance is 30 days per year (including Bank Holidays) pro-rata.
